Accepted Insurances:

I accept the following select insurance plans:

Insurance Verification:

To verify your benefits, you can input your insurance information via Headway, then click on the box “Add Insurance.” This platform allows you to easily check your coverage for the plans I accept.

Out-of-Network Providers

For most health insurance plans not listed above, I would be considered an "out-of-network" provider. In this case:

  • At the end of each month, I will provide you with a Superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement of a portion of the fee.

  • The full session fee is due at the time of the session.

Insurance Reimbursement:

It’s advisable to communicate with your insurance company before starting therapy to determine the mental health benefits applicable to an out-of-network provider.

Please note: Submitting a Superbill does not guarantee reimbursement from your insurance company.
