Regain Balance. Reconnect With Yourself. Reclaim Your Peace.

Are you feeling like you're constantly running on empty?

Do you carry the weight of too many responsibilities and not enough time—or space—to breathe?

Maybe you're overwhelmed trying to meet expectations at work, care for your family, manage your health, or simply keep up with the pace of everyday life. You might feel burned out, emotionally drained, and unsure of how to even begin creating change.

Chronic stress doesn’t just affect your mental health—it shows up in your body, your relationships, and your ability to enjoy life. You may struggle with:

  • Fatigue and sleep disturbances

  • Irritability, restlessness, or low mood

  • Physical symptoms like headaches or digestive issues

  • Trouble focusing or making decisions

  • Feelings of guilt for never doing “enough”

  • Disconnection from joy, purpose, or self-care

If you feel like you’re constantly in survival mode, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to keep pushing through without support.

Life Doesn’t Have to Feel This Hard All the Time

We live in a world that glorifies productivity and constant availability, yet offers little space to pause, reflect, or tend to our emotional well-being. Many of us internalize the belief that being stressed is just part of being successful or responsible—but unmanaged stress takes a toll over time.

When daily pressure becomes chronic, it can contribute to anxiety, depression, burnout, and even physical health issues. You might find yourself snapping at loved ones, avoiding things you used to enjoy, or losing touch with the person you used to be.

Therapy can help you slow down, gain clarity, and start living from a place of calm rather than crisis.

How Therapy Can Help With Chronic Stress and Overwhelm

Together, we’ll explore the root causes of your stress and uncover the beliefs or patterns that may be keeping you stuck. In therapy, you'll have a safe, supportive space to step out of the noise and begin healing—mentally, emotionally, and physically.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Recognize and regulate your stress response

  • Set healthy boundaries without guilt

  • Reconnect with your needs, values, and inner resources

  • Let go of perfectionism and chronic over-functioning

  • Prioritize self-care without shame

  • Feel more grounded, present, and in control of your life

My Approach

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Certified EMDR Therapist with experience helping adults navigate anxiety, trauma, burnout, and the unique stressors of modern life. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative.

Depending on your needs, I may incorporate:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for thought and behavior change

  • EMDR Therapy for processing stress or trauma held in the body

  • Mindfulness and grounding techniques to calm your nervous system

  • Solution-Focused and Strengths-Based approaches to build confidence and resilience

You don’t need to “have it all together” to begin. You just need a willingness to show up—and I’ll meet you there.

You Deserve to Feel At Home in Your Life Again

Chronic stress doesn’t mean you’re weak. It means you’ve been strong for too long without the support you need.

Therapy can help you reconnect with yourself, clarify what truly matters, and build a life that feels more aligned, peaceful, and sustainable.
