Invest in Your Growth
Supervision hours are more than a licensure requirement — they're where your clinical identity takes shape. My goal is to help you build the judgment, confidence, and skill set that will carry you well past licensure, not just check a box.
If you're ready to work with a supervisor who takes your development seriously, reach out to get started.
Supervision for Associate Clinicians
I provide BBS-approved clinical supervision for Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFTs), Associate Professional Clinical Counselors (APCCs), and other pre-licensure associates working toward full licensure.
My approach to supervision is direct, practical, and grounded in real case material. We'll cover case conceptualization, differential diagnosis, treatment planning, documentation, ethics and risk management, and the clinical judgment needed to move confidently through your associate hours. I draw on my own background across outpatient therapy, substance use treatment, and clinical leadership to help you build a well-rounded foundation — not just accumulate hours, but grow into the clinician you want to become.
Supervision is available individually or in small groups, with flexibility for associates working in agency, group practice, or private-pay settings.
If you're looking for a supervisor who will invest in your development and hold you to a high clinical standard, I'd welcome the opportunity to work with you.
Grounded in Practice
I believe good supervision is built on real cases, honest feedback, and a genuine investment in who you're becoming as a clinician — not just what boxes get checked. My approach blends clinical rigor with practical guidance, drawing on years of direct client work and clinical leadership to help you develop sound judgment you'll carry for the rest of your career. Every supervision session is a chance to sharpen your skills, deepen your clinical thinking, and grow with intention.
