Insurance
I accept a select few insurance plans through Headway, which handles billing on your behalf and makes it easy to use your in-network benefits. I'm also able to provide a superbill for clients with out-of-network coverage who prefer to seek reimbursement directly through their plan.

A superbill is a detailed receipt you submit to your insurance provider to request reimbursement for out-of-network services. Many clients receive 25–80% back depending on their plan.

Call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits. Key questions: Is there a deductible? What percentage is covered after the deductible is met?

How reimbursement works
Attend your session — payment is collected at the time of your appointment.
Request a superbill — I'll provide a detailed receipt at the start of each month for the prior month's sessions.
Submit to your insurer — upload your superbill through your insurer's online portal.
Receive reimbursement — your insurer processes the claim and sends payment, typically within a few weeks.
